State Authorization for Out-of-State Students

State authorization requirements vary from state to state. To determine if NDSCS is authorized to offer courses in a particular state, please go to www.NDSCS.edu/Online and click on Student Disclosure Information.

Institutional Registration in Other States

Selected states may require registration by various government entities within their state. Such states often require disclosure of the status within their state.

Grievance Information

Students residing outside the state of North Dakota while attending NDSCS who desire to resolve a grievance should follow the college’s Student Complaints and Grievances procedure as found in the Student Conduct and the NDSCS Catalog.

If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved through NDSCS’s internal grievance process, you may file a complaint with the North Dakota SARA State Portal Entity:

A student may also submit the complaint to the SARA State Portal Entity in the state where the student is located; however, final resolution of the SARA complaint is the responsibility of North Dakota as the institution's home state.
