Introductory chemistry is a one-semester course designed to be an introduction to fundamental concepts used in general chemistry. The course topics include measurement, atomic theory, chemical bonding, ionic and covalent compounds, naming, shape, intermolecular forces, states of matter, solutions, reaction rates, equilibrium and acid-base chemistry.
