This lab/lecture course is a practical introduction to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Electric Vehicle (EV), and Hybrid Vehicle Technologies. ADAS systems are designed to reduce both the severity and overall number of motor vehicle accidents. Students will be introduced to the various ADAS system components that rely on sensors, cameras and radars, to detect and sense the environment around the vehicle. Students will also be introduced to EV and Hybrid Technologies and how to safely work on them in industry. Prerequisite: CET 204.
