This internship will follow CET 200, 202 & 203. The participating collision facility will provide a mentor for the student during the internship period. The student will maintain a work journal submitted weekly to the instructor, the journal must be signed by the mentor to verify the accuracy of the documented activities. The student's instructor will make one site visit during the work rotation (typically after week 4), during this visit the instructor will complete the Visitation Report. During the final week of the internship rotation, the mentor and manager will sit down with the student and complete the Employer Workplace Evaluation, which assess the students' professional work habits, task performance and skills assessment. Prerequisite: CET 200, 201, 202, 203.
